Booking & Rates Guidelines
I believe music should be accessible, and every venue has its own story. To help you plan your event, here is an indicative pricing grid. All offers are welcome, and rates can be tailored to fit your specific budget, travel distance, and event nature.
🏡 House Concerts & Intimate Gatherings
Ideal for private living rooms, gardens, and small acoustic spaces (up to 30–40 guests).
- Indicative Range: $300 – $600 USD *
- What’s Included: A 60 to 75-minute solo piano performance, interactive storytelling between pieces, and a meet-and-greet with guests.
- Alternative Option: "Donation-Based" or "Ticketed" house concerts can be discussed if you prefer your guests to contribute directly.
🏛 Cultural Centres, Galleries & Small Venues
Ideal for public or semi-private cultural events, art openings, and independent theatres.
- Indicative Range: $600 – $1,200 USD *
- What’s Included: A full concert program (up to 90 minutes with intermission), promotional support on my official channels/newsletter, and CD signing sessions.
🌟 Corporate Events, Galas & Private Celebrations
Ideal for high-profile private parties, corporate functions, or background ambient piano sets.
- Indicative Range: $1,000 – $2,500+ USD *
- What’s Included: Tailored repertoire, flexible set timings, and professional coordination with your event planners.
⚠️ Important Notes & Expenses
- (*) Travel & Lodging: Indicative rates generally cover local performances. For long-distance national or international travel, a flat fee covering flight/train and modest lodging will be added to the final quote.
- The Piano Constraint: The organizer must provide a well-maintained, freshly tuned acoustic piano (grand or upright). If a rental is needed, this cost is separate and handled by the organizer.
- Non-Profit & Charity: If you are organizing a benefit or charity event with zero budget, please reach out anyway. I review a limited number of pro-bono invitations every year.
