It seems inevitable, that when manufacturing CDs in bulk you get a few... bad apples!

I've worked with three manufacturers over the years, and I've encountered this with every single one to greater and lesser degrees.

So... I have CDs containing my original piano music direct from the manufacturer with slightly damaged cases, but that CD itself is fine. These CDs have never been played. I simply can't sell them as "new" because of the slight damage to the case.
