My retelling of the Christmas story with my solo piano arrangements and interpretations is deeply personal as well as spiritual and inspirational. I took the beautiful Christmas melodies we all know and tried to make them a new personal meaning of my own. I preferred a direct and honest approach, which requires much more skill and heart than pure spectacle. I set out to create a Christmas album that was truly something different, and I think I succeeded.
