On January, I have released my new album GRACE: Solo Piano for Prayer & Worship, available for purchase and stream on all digital stores.

Now, I thought I would share the liner notes with you... this will give you a little insight into the album and the music it contains.

With my previous solo piano albums, I wanted to challenge myself as a composer and a player. I worked deliberately, with purpose and determination. In that, I accomplished what I set out to do.
When I sat down to begin work for this album, I tried this same approach. This time, however, I utterly failed. I didn't have the energy to take on such a task. I was tired, worn out, restless, and the songwriting process was a continuous struggle. I realized the only way I could possibly move forward was to STOP STRIVING. And so... I did. I stopped trying to be "musically clever," stopped overthinking and learned, once again, to just rest at the piano. Once I stopped trying and started trusting, the music began to flow. Easily... like a river running through me. That's what led me here… into the soft light of grace... and to this miracle of an album.
I know not everyone digs what they perceive.... as "religious" music.
If you fall into that category, guess what? You'll still love the Album. You may not know the songs, but it will still sound like the "James Lazzeroni" piano music you've always known and enjoyed.
