3. Radio Spots: You can use one of James' piano songs in your radio spot for $10.00 per spot if the spot is a limited run in a single market (playing for a month in one region, for example). 4. Website Use: For $7.00 per song (or see the FREE option mentioned below) you get unlimited use of the licensed song to stream on your web site provided that the song cannot be downloaded by your visitors (most people embed the music in some kind of secure player to prevent this). You must also provide an obvious song credit to James with a link back to this website. Something to the effect of... "The piano music you're hearing is courtesy of James Lazzeroni".

WHAT THESE LICENSES DON'T COVER:
Mass Production or Distribution: Song(s) under this license agreement cannot be included in any commercial product that is mass produced (100 or more units) or distributed on the Internet via iTunes, Amazon or other similar music services. A product release of more than 100 units requires a different license and any kind of mass distribution via the Internet requires special consideration. Contact James at jameslazzeroni@gmail.com with the specifics of your project for a quote.
Commercial Theater or Television Releases: Use of James' piano music in a theatrical film or television or internet broadcast is not covered by these licenses. For use of James' music in commercial film or television, contact James at jameslazzeroni@gmail.com with the specifics for a quote.
Adult Themes: Song(s) licensed cannot be included in projects that are inappropriate for children (containing excessive violence, profanity, sex or nudity).
Sharing, Trading, Downloading: Song(s) licensed cannot be redistributed, traded, made available for download, or otherwise transferred to anyone else. Nor can they be included in a project in that allows the end-customer to transfer the songs for personal use.
Reselling: Songs cannot be resold as songs. In other words, you can't license James' music, create your own CD or DVD of those songs, and resell it as your own product. That is a blatant copyright violation.
OTHER STIPULATIONS:
Note that when you license a song, you don't own it. You are licensing it for use. There is a legal difference in the copyright sense. If you purchase a MP3, obviously you own the MP3 - but you don't own the copyright to the songs themselves.
These licenses are for James' original piano music only. Use of cover songs that were not originally written by James may require additional licensing from third parties.
The songs you license cannot be the main content of your product (see Reselling above). This license is designed to allow you to use James Lazzeroni's music simply to compliment your existing product or project.
This license covers a single user only. It cannot be transferred to another party.
